To compete in a competitive estate agent market in 2020, the James Pendleton brand needed to adapt to solidify its place as south-west London’s leading market agency. The new approach uses the recognisable brand mark in a dynamically new visual system that puts James Pendleton at the heart of any home. The campaign now features on the London Underground and various TFL operated transport, website display banners, animated billboards and local area canvassing.

Brand engagement around south-west London has increased by 10% since the campaign launched. With additional engagement gaining momentum outside these areas to the north as people look to relocate south.
